If you have knee length boots that are tight around the calves, elastic can be sewn into the leather to create more room. Simply stretching the boot calf or adding extra leather may not work. Careful measurement and expertise is needed.  

So if knee-length boots can be widen, can they also be narrowed? Yes, they can be narrowed. Similar to widening boot calves, boot calves can be narrowed by up to 3 inches .

Please check with us first to determine if your boots are alterable. Generally speaking we can widen or narrow the boot calf up to 2.5-3 inches in some extreme cases, we were able to widen up to 4 inches!!! Boots with zippers are easier to alter than boots without zippers but we can alter boots without zippers too! Boot with linings are also possible to alter. 

We make sure that the alterations will fit the look of the boot and so you don't have to worry about having the alterations look as if the boot was altered.  Our craftsmanship will be such that your boots will look like it was part of the original design.
