Repair Turnaround Time
When can I get my item? How long will my repairs take?
Most repairs can be completed within a 1-2 day turnaround. We can also repair most shoes while you wait. Let us know when you need your items and we will strive to meet your deadline. The only exception to this timeline are items sent for repair via our mail and/or pick-up and delivery service:
Most repairs can be completed within a 1-2 day turnaround. We can also repair most shoes while you wait. Let us know when you need your items and we will strive to meet your deadline. The only exception to this timeline are items sent for repair via our mail and/or pick-up and delivery service:
- Items sent to us by mail will be returned within 10-14 days of receipt
- Items sent via our pick-up and delivery service will be returned at the next scheduled delivery date. We will work with you to determine a time that is most convenient
Please note that items sent to Shoe Therapy from the United States can take up to 2 weeks to arrive and another 2 weeks to be returned. This is due to custom checks at the border. At Shoe Therapy, we strive to get you your shoes repaired and returned to you ASAP. So, once we receive any delivery order, we will work on it as a priority item and complete our repairs within 2 days. We will let you know by e-mail when your shoes are completed and shipped out. We will also keep on top of the package delivery process so you don't have to worry!
